This picture has a very good mood , I'm still a beginner but I like the fact that the tree is a silhouette in this picture , it takes away what's unnecessary for this feeling ( because apparently what makes great art isn't what you can add to a peice but what you can take away 
and I'm still struggling to try and add that into my photos myself )
Therefore what you notice first is the sad sort of sway of the tree , then the sway of the stretched clouds behind it . Along with the dark foreground and the simplistic and calm sky they easily compliment each other to portray a sort of whimsical melancholy sadness . If that makes sense haha sorry .
